Strategically located in an open plaza between four highly reflective buildings, a 16' high Stowers sculpture rises from a large reflecting pool. The stainless steel work, entitled Summer Fall Winter Spring! reflects surrounding natural elements and suggests forms from the bordering marine environment on Old Tampa Bay.
